acc control asc skid message

I have a 1997 E420 Mercedes and today after feeling the car start to idle i got a acc control asc skid message on my display. What is this and is it going to cost me a cow and a farm to fix.

Temperature hand also started to move up. Car gets very weak when sitting still.
