1997 Mazda B2300 Engine Original Engine You Get Timing Belt Gear Off

The engine is not the original engine. My question is how do you get the timing belt gear off of the crankshaft to replace the oil seal just in back of it which goes around the timing belt gear? The gear is stuck on and there is very little room to get a puller on it.
