Crankshaft pulley removal

Replacing timing belt on '97 Mazda B2300 4cyl. How do I remove the crankshaft pulley? There's nothing to hook a puller to. Help! Thanks

I think that on these engines that if you undo the 6 or 8 bolts on the inner flange of the pulley, the pulley detaches and leaves the lower crank gear in place, you do not have to undo the main crankshaft bolt, only if you want to remove the lower gear and replace the oil seal.
