I was driving down the road when my engine stopped I had my foot on the gas it just didn't do anything now it will crank but not fire. It is a 1997 Mazda b2300pick-up truck. I have checked there is spark but a little weak, there is fuel at the fuel rail and my pump is working. I replaced the alternator thing that was the problem but no luck, put new plugs and wires in it this year, and the timing chain was replaced once on it. Is there any solutions to this problem that you might know of diagnostic tips?

Simple test. See if the engine will start for a couple seconds with starting fluid. Let me know what you find.

If it won't start with starting fluid, then you are not getting spark. Check that and if I'm correct, check the crank sensor. Also, let me know if the check engine light was on.
