Problem when driving

In the morning after runnung the engine, then about to reverse the car it will produce a kind of click noise in the back leg. Then when driving with a speed of 70km/h and above, the car will start waving. What might be the cause, is it ball joint or connecting rod. Please I need answer and solution. Thanks

Check the wheel lug nuts and you would have to jack up eadh wheel to check for excessive side play.
