My car kept making a clicking noise when making left or right turns and recently when making a turn something popped and the car kept running but making a louder noise so i stopped the car turned it off and then turned it on again but this time it wouldnt run anymore.

A clicking noise when turning usually indicates a bad CV joint, but that won't shut the engine down. If the check engine light is on, you need to scan the computer. Also, you need to check to see if there is spark and fuel getting to the engine. If one is missing, it won't run.
