brake lights not working

I check the fuses found 31 &32 bad I change that nothing the turn singles. Workso I don't think its the bolbs so change the brake stop light switch still nothing I thought it was the brake light switch cuz the car won't shift out of park so I have no clue what is worng

What you said makes sense. Check the brake light switch. It is at the top of the brake pedal. That may be the cause. Check for power in to the switch and power out.
