need some help with a gasket

I need the correct size gasket. I HAVE THE COMMON "OIL FILTER ADAPTER GASKET" LEAK. THERE ARE 2 PART NUMBERS AVAILABLE FOR THE GASKET. ONE WITH A LARGE OPENING AND ONE WITH A SMALL ONE. IS THERE ANYWAY TO TELL WITH MY VIN WHAT PART IS CORRECT?
