I lost my gs300 car key's. Please can you help me with a diagram on how disconnect the key program from the car so that I can use it without key program or steps on how to fix it please help me

nothing you can do but replace the key. you cannot turn off the security.

You need a new key and reprogram it to work on the vehicle.
