97 ES300 window

I think the window is off track on a 97 Lexus ES300. HOW DO YOU GET THE DOOR OFF TO GET TO THE WINDOW TRACK?

The door panels are both screwed and clipped into place. Check around the outer edge of the panel for screws and remove them. Remove the arm rest. Then there should be clips between the panel and the door that can be removed. Be careful not to break them.
