I want to but this car but need something that will run straight away currently has misfire - lumpy running issue.

People sell vehicles with a problem because they don't know the cause or it's going to be expensive to repair. You get stuck with the expense of diagnosis and repair. If the repair is easy and inexpensive, the seller is going to do those repairs before selling the vehicle.
