I have a 1997 Landrover discovery, Water keeps bubbling out of the water pressure tank leaving it with no water after having it running for a little while and causing it to over heat.. What could be the problem?

Change the radiator cap and the coolant recovery tank cap, if a pressure cap. The coolant system requires pressure to raise the boiling point of the water. A leak in the cap(s) is a main cause of boil-out. If it continues from there, you will need to do a system pressure test to find any additional pressure leaks.
