1997 Kia Clarus Car Remote Faulty Replaced S Battery New One Still Engine

The car remote is faulty. I replaced it's battery with a new one but still the car engine wouldn't start.
I'm guessing the problem is from the remote board.

You have to perform diagnostics to find out what is preventing the engine from being started.
