There is a miss in this vechiel an I tried everything new disturber ,cap and button the rpm gauge starts bouncing when it stars missing what could it be

The tach is giving you the clue that you're losing the signal from the crankshaft position sensor or the camshaft position sensor. If no diagnostic fault code has set yet related to one of them, you'll need a scanner to view live data to see which one is losing the signal.
