i have a 1997 jeep grand cherokee that i change the fuel pump because of stuck check valvue. Ever cense i have had a problem with a bad miss that is intermitted. I have changed plugs, plug wires, dis cap, rotor, thottle pos sensor, and ecm. I do not know what to do do not want to change any more parts because the problem is still there. do not know what else to do.

in ref to my question about misfire 5.2 v 8 jeep grand cherokee I found out it was the inner plimun gasket that had blowed out causing the mis fire because it was losing vaccum and sucking oil out of the engine causing it to burn oil. If anyone is having the same problem check to see if when you take oil filler cap of with engine running that it does not suck your hand towards the filler hole in the valvue cover, if it does then your inner plumeluin is bad
