I noticed a wire was not connected at the right front of vehicle engine well. I did an electrical test of wire and the fan turned on. My question is where do i hook this wire so fan is working at normal capacity?

as you didn't give color of wire fan diagram is in pic and you can see what color it is and where it goes. if it's a ground wire a bolt on body would work.
