1997 Isuzu Trooper Engage Turn Signals Hazard Light Flashes Dash Board Only

When I engage my turn signals , my hazard light flashes in my dash board, and only the left side flashes. Basically only left turn signal will flash whether or not I turn right or left. Only one side works and my hazard lights blink in the dash
