3.2 v6 no power to fuel pump o2 high and low beam fuses under hood and have a negative ground polarity

Fuel pump and O2 sensors receives power from the fuel pump relay.
Have you checked all the fuses and are you getting power to the fuel pump relay?
What do you mean by negative polarity?
