Transmission fluid level check

Good day

I have a 1997 isuzue Kb 280 d/cab
how do i check the transmission fluid levels and top it up as i think there is a slight leak and the transmission a little noisy when cluctch disengaged, and quiter qhen clucth in engaged.

there should be a fill plug on the side of the trans. remove it and it should be at that level.

go to a parts store and make sure you get the correct fluid for the trans.
