when i brake car shake bad i have replaced the rotors checked front end part and replaced what was bad and the car continues to shake when braking what else could cause this the shifter also shakes

If you're getting a pulsation when braking, then you have a problem with the brake rotors or the way they are mounted. You would have to use a dial indicator to measure the runout on all rotors to find the problem.
