Honda transmission problem?

My 1997 Honda Prelude will not shift into third or fourth gear. Dash says its in gear but engine just winds out like in neutral. Transmission fluid is full

Fluid condition okay if so have the throttle position sensor and the vehicle speed sensor checked/tested if both okay-bring it in and have the transmission pressure tested to find out more what's going on-
