why won't passport start after replacing timing belt

teeth tore off timing belt,jumped time. Replaced belt but it still won't start

you may have damaged the valves from the belt breaking.
you need to check for compression first. without that, it wont start. if the valves are bent, the head will have to come off and new valves installed.
verify your timing marks as well.
