How to repair when the car is hoting?

The problem started when I was travelling from one city to onother with 120 km/h.The temperature of the car started to increase, affecting the performance of the car.

When i opened the cover of the machine, i descovered that all the water got away from radiator to a storage water tank boilling.

What can i do to solve the problem

Check the thermostat and radiator cap,is the water spitting out of the radiator?-let me know-
