why would condensation pour out of vents

my 1997 honda civic dx is not only sweating around the ac coil box but it is pouring moisture out of the floor vents I have cleaned out the box, resealed it with new gasket and still leaks

It sounds like your drain might be plugged. You need to get under your car and find the drain line (it is usually under the passenger side near the firewall) and use a piece of wire to try to get it unplugged.
