What should I look out for since my tire flew off while I was driving home at 25 mph there is a slite flatness on the bottom of the rotor but I put he tire back on and drove home everything felt ok but what should I look out for

Check for damaged wheel studs as when the wheel cam off it may have flexed and bend wheel studs, check for damage to lower ball joint attach point and tie rod ends as thes can scrape along the road as well,
