1997 Honda Accord stalling out

1997 Honda accord will start and run but if I push on the gas even slightly then it begins to stall and die. Whike the car is actually driving the RPMs are jumping all over the on the gauges. What can it be, the car has gas, fluids, a new battery, a new radiator, and thermostat, as well as a fuel filter and water pump?

Symptoms indicates a likely fault with the distributor. Most probably a failing ignition coil.

Was any repairs carried out on the engine?
