radiator fan keeps running

my 97 honda accords radiator fan keeps running replaced relay and temp. fan switch and that did not work

You need to find where the short is. Sounds like the power wire somewhere is finding power. You will most likely need to track the harness.

Typically this is a faulty relay, but you said you already replaced it. I would remove the relay to see if it shuts off the fan, if it does, you know the problem is within the relay circuit itself.
