Car is 1 owner, loaded and I see the oil light does not go on.
Engine is super quite and I have the entire history on any repairs.
Oil has been changed every 2 months and driven by a woman who just uded is on the interstate for trips.
Does the entire cluster have to be removed?

If the actual oil light symbol isn't lighting up, I would suspect that either the bulb is burnt out or the instrument cluster or a portion of it is defective. I would remove the instrument cluster and check if the bulb is replaceable. Sometimes the bulbs are and aren't. I can exactly specify without seeing it myself. Heres a picture to try to help.
