When it rains the the parker come on without the light switch being on and we can't turn them off without taking the fuse out or disconnecting the battery. What would be causing this. The tail lights have been going off recently too. It only happens when it rains and once it days out after a few days and goes back to normal.

Check for signs of water getting into the tail lights, these often fill with water and cause problems.
