1997 Holden Commodore Car Starts Rough Idle Seems Only Traffic Stop Start

when my car starts it has a rough idle.. it seems to only do it in traffic or stop start situations.
it seems to mostly do it while its warm, sometimes when it does it and i take off around a corner there is no power at all..
it sometimes stalls too

Any codes, do a scan to be sure, when was it lasts tuned? check comps as well, is it on LPG as in duel fuel?
