Truck started sputtered a little for a week,now 40 mph goes dead?

Started out with a small sputter a week ago and now it has gotten worse. When I get to around 40 mph it sputters until it dies. The abs light comes on also. It cranks back and runs fine until it gets to around 40 again, Help please!?!

Has fuel pressure been checked? check engine light on?

No, I haven't checked it yet but will. And the check engine light isn't on.

O.K. have tried fuel cleaner? plugs ,air filter good?
