Many things can cause a rough shifting. Has the check engine light come on? Have you checked for trouble codes that could be trans related?

the vibration may be the u-joints in driveshaft so have it checked or look for rust around the seals . If you see rust then replace them. It can also be tire balance. for trans scan for codes then have a trans guy look at it as it may be a valve body problem.
