Many things can cause a rough shifting. Has the check engine light come on? Have you checked for trouble codes that could be trans related?

The vibration may be the u-joints in driveshaft so have it checked or look for rust around the seals. If you see rust then replace them. It can also be tire balance. For trans scan for codes then have a trans guy look at it as it may be a valve body problem.
