were would i find the safety/neuteal switch

i can't get car started and it won't go into neutral in the on postion so i took of floor conceal and moved a button so i could get in neutral one i got it in neutral it didn't start do you beleve it's the safety neutral switch

You will find it on the transmission at the end of your shift linkage on the transmission.
