1997 gmc jimmy transfer case not shifting back into 2-hi from 4-hi

my 1997 gmc jimmy 4.3
will not shift back to 2-hi from 4-hi . it has 3 button electrical control.

Check to see if there is power to the actuator on the transfer case. If there is, remove the actuator and check it for function. If there is no power, you need to work from the transfer case back to find the power loss.
