1997 GMC Jimmy Intermittent shifting problems

My Jimmy will not shift out of 3rd gear. I can manually shift to the lower gears . This problem is not constant as sometimes it will shift normally. When it doesn't shift the key interlock will not let the key move to the lock position. There are 3 codes P0740, P0753, AND P1860

those are all codes for shift solenoids not working and tcc solenoid not working. have a trans guy look at it to see if his scanner can manually operate those parts. it may be a short in harness to trans or bad connections.
