1997 Gmc C1500 Top Radiator Hose Keeps On Flattening Out Filled Doing Same

My top radiator hose keeps on flattening out. I filled the radiator but it keeps doing the same thihg. Is there something else that would cause this problem?

There should be a spring in there to prevent that from happening. I would recommend replacing the hose.

Just put a new hose on it two days ago The hose did not have a spring in it.
