I took out my instrument cluster and now my truck won't start, and my tack and speedometer wont work?

I assume you mean after you put the cluster back in. Check the fuses on the left end of the dash, particularly the 10 amp "gauges" fuse.

Ya I check that, but it still wont work right. My gas gauge is outta whack i'm not showing any voltages. There are no wires pinched, I had it out 2 or 3 time after I noticed that it wasn't working

They use an unusual flex cable setup that the plugs just slide into. Check that the ribbon cable hasn't shifted. The clue will be things on the cluster act differently each time you plug it in. Also be aware it rarely seats properly if you don't install the screws. There can also be a light film of corrosion on the contacts. That gets disturbed when you remove the cluster. Lightly sanding the contacts usually takes care of that. You will often see things change when you press on it in different corners.
