brake lights 97 gmc

i have a97 gmc sierra 1500 2wd.none of the brake lights work.replaced brake light switch,all fuses,circuit breakers,and bulbs.taillights,turnsignals,flashers all work just no brake lights.un hooked wiring harness at bumper and tested with test light and light doesnt work when brakes applied but lights up on all other functions.

The only thing you can do is trace wires. There has to be a break between the switch (power source) and the rear tail lights. NOTE: If your tail lights have the printed circuit board, double check them.

exact GMC truck, did and checked everything tamatha70 did and have the same exact problem. was there ever a solution?
