how to repair aframe boltup area rust

we rewelded aframe it rusted into welded both sides after driving a mile or so passenger side wheel axle came out of transmission because area where frame bolts to body of car just tore away from rust

If it is rusted too badly, it really isn't safe to fix. Are you able to find a new one from a salvage yard? That is what I would recommend.

i just did and didn't find anything parts wize for the frame. you have to use your own fabricated metal. lots of explanatory write ups with pics though.
