the plugs are good andthe wires have good cap and rotor are goodand it's getting sufficient fuel to the carburetor everything is firing but it still will not start

Do a compression test. If all the cylinders are low, suspect the timing belt. This is an interference engine so if the belt jumped enough teeth, the valves will be bent too.
