turn signals dont work

I have a 96 Geo metro lsi when the temp. outside gets to 90 degress or more the turn signals start to work sometimes and sometimes they don't... when its cool outside no problem they work great and never not work

Check/Test hazard fuse, turn signal flasher and ground G202 at left side of dash
