1997 Ford Windstar Wiper Gradually Stoped Working Replaced Motor Multy Switch

The wiper have gradually stoped working. I have replaced the wiper motor and the multy- switch that controls the wipers turn signals and four- ways. The wipers still do not work. I checked the contacts in the connectors and they all look good. What do you think is the problem?

Has voltage to wiper motor been verified?
