plug 4 fouled engine missing

I have a 1997 ford thunderbird 4.6 v-8 and I am getting antifeeze in cylinder 4 where could this be comming from?

I have a 1997 ford thunderbird 4.6 v-8 and I am getting antifeeze on top of plug 4 when I pull the plug wire out there is antifreeze. This is fouling my plug and plug wire, Where could this be comming from?
