step by step instructions and illusyration on how to remove an evaporator core on a 1997 ford thunderbird I already have the dash removed please help if u can thank you. I have to replace the evaporator core

The entire dash and HVAC case have to be removed and disassembled to do this. Far too much detail to ever post here. You can get a single vehicle access to Alldata for very cheap money and that would be the smart way to go.
