How do I replace foglight on without removing the entire headlight assembly on drivers side?

By foglights, do you mean the amber-colored lights inboard of the headlights?

Yes the amber light just below the headlamp and to the side
the light has broken off in side and the socket has fallen out of the
hole for the light socket

I'm sorry to say that in a situation like that you're going to have to dig a little deeper than normal to change the bulb. You can try getting to it from underneath. Nothing I've found online gets any more specific than that and I've never replaced the bulbs in the foglights (driving lights) on one of these.

Yeah, sometimes that's what has to be done. Or at least loosen the battery and lean it out of your way without disconnecting it.
