where is the power window motor on a 1997 ford taurus sho?

It is inside the door. Have to remove door panel to get at it. First thing I would check is the wiring harness on hinge side of door.

Sometimes there is a lockout switch at the master switch, driver door. If that is flipped, only the driver can operate windows.

In that wiring harness mentioned, Lite blue wire with black tracer has to be hot, for windows to operate, use a voltage tester. Black wire is ground, check that also. Are you having problems with all windows or just one?
