Grinding noise

My car hasnt been driven in about 3 weeks it has rained about seven of those days when I put the car in reverse I heard a hard grinding kinda sound I checked the e brakes that was ok I also looked under the car to see if anything was being dragged but nothing there what can this noise be the car was running fine when I parkedit

It's nearly impossible to diagnose a noise over the Internet. It could be many things. The first thing I would look at would be rust formed on the brake rotors but that would wear off quickly and mainly only make noise when braking.
