ABS light on 97 Ford Taurus DOHC comes on sometimes. Had the codes checked. None came up. checked the level of brake fluid and it was good. The auto parts empolyee said it could be a dirty sensor.

regular code scanners may not be able to read abs codes. there is a code and you may need a shop with a full blown scan tool to retrieve the code.
