I have a 1997 ford ranger 4 cyl, 5 spd, 2wd, recently, it started having a******** almost jumping movement while driving. It seems to be coming from the backend. No loss of power or speed. Any idea what may be causing this.

Your word got bleeped. I would suspect wheel/tire problem.

It was a****** type movement, did not feel like a tire/wheel felt like it was underneath the truck. Made some type of popping noise when it done this. Made the movement 3 or 4 times then stopped
